9000 sqft interior and exterior paint. (color needs to be approved by owners, architect, and contractor)
1000 sqft of roof shingles
Roof metal flashing
500 sqft of decking
Decking screws 2 ½” or 3”
400 LF 6” pvc drainage pipe
Melamine shelving
Interior wood trim (for windows, doors, and base.) 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 1x6, 5/4x….
Galvanized gun nails 3”x1.31
18 g interior gun nails
15g interior gun nails
Barn door tracks – 3 to fit 3’ door opening
120’ Galvanized 4” corner metal trim.
200’ Galvanized j metal trim for siding.
100 sqft of TPO roof membrane for the entry decks
120 lf - 4x4 PT posts
120 lf – 2x rail cap (can be cedar, pt, or sunwood)
250 – 3’ 2x2s (can be cedar, pt, or sunwood)
130 – 1x4 PT for horizontal battens
PVA Primer Paint
TPO material (Thermoplastic Polyolefins)
White interior paint (egg shell finish)
