Friends of the Farms is leading our monthly farm tour this Sunday, May
13th at Suyematsu Bentryn Farms. A perfect outing for Mother’s Day!
We’ll stroll among raspberry, blueberry and grape plants and peek into
greenhouses to see what’s growing. Bring your mom (and your kids!) to see
what’s growing on the island.

When: Sunday, 5/13 at 2 pm, approximately 90 minutes
Where: Meet at the farm stand on Day Road (east of Hwy. 305)

Public Farmland Lease Applications Are Now Available

Applications are available for farmers interested in farming City of Bainbridge Island farmland. Qualifying applicants may receive a lease to farm public farmland. The application period will close at 5:00 pm on June 5, 2012. Go here for the Selection Criteria and the Farmer Application.
